Simply book online or call us, and we'll schedule a time that works for you.

Yes. If your hybrid is in failsafe mode or won't start, our mobile technician can come to your location and perform a roadside diagnosis. In many cases, we can perform a temporary stabilization to get your vehicle to our shop or your home. For vehicles that require shop-based service, we can recommend a towing company familiar with hybrid/EV vehicles. Call us and we'll walk you through your options right away.

2General

Common signs include the red or orange triangle warning light, reduced fuel economy, the car running on gasoline more than usual, sluggish acceleration, the battery gauge not charging fully, or your car stalling in electric-only mode. We recommend a battery health test ($99) to get a precise diagnosis before deciding on next steps.

It depends on the price and the extent of the battery degradation. A battery health test ($99) will give you the exact state-of-health score and a replacement estimate before you commit. Many hybrids with a failing battery are sold cheaply precisely because of the battery issue — if you can acquire the vehicle at a discount and replace the battery, it can be an excellent value. We're happy to pre-purchase inspect any hybrid or EV before you buy.
